Operations Team

The operations team is essential to IBACOS, lending support to all other teams and making it possible for everyone to do their job. They are well-versed in the mechanics of our business, providing expertise in accounting, contracts, and human resources.

1. Cecile Orzechowski - Office Manager
   
   As the IBACOS office manager, Cecile (Cil) handles all aspects of facility management.

2. Christina Gliozzi - Executive Assistant
   
   Christina is executive assistant, organizing our travel and company events and keeping our Strip District office a comfortable place to work.

3. Railene Whipkey - People Development Coordinator
   
   As people development manager, Railene handles recruiting, employee development, employee benefits and corporate policies and procedures.

4. Ron Kuzmirek - Director of Finance
   
   Ron is our director of finance and joined IBACOS in early 2010.
