Mark Tilley - CEO

As the leader of the executive team, Mark oversees the organization and daily business operations of IBACOS. His long experience in the residential construction industry complements his role in leading the company. Prior to joining IBACOS in 1994, Mark worked for General Electric's (GE) Plastics Division.

Michael Dickens - Partner and CMO

Michael is a Partner and the CMO of IBACOS, as well as director of international business. He is responsible for IBACOS’ overall business development activities. Prior to co-founding IBACOS in 1991, he directed GE's Living Environments program, which focused on innovative approaches to building homes using new materials and technologies.
