Brad Oberg - Partner and Chief Technology Officer
Brad is CTO and oversees all of the technical aspects of work IBACOS does with homebuilders, building product manufacturers, and state and federal governments. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he is one of the foremost building scientists in the U.S.
Mark Tilley - President
As the leader of the executive team, Mark oversees the organization and daily business operations of IBACOS. His long experience in the residential construction industry complements his role in leading the company. Prior to joining IBACOS in 1994, Mark worked for General Electric's (GE) Plastics Division.
Michael Dickens - Partner and CMO
Michael is a partner and the CMO of IBACOS, as well as director of international business. He is responsible for IBACOS’ overall business development activities. Prior to co-founding IBACOS in 1991, he directed GE's Living Environments program, which focused on innovative approaches to building homes using new materials and technologies.
