The New American Home® is an annual showcase project designed by The New American Home Task Force and co-sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders' National Council of the Housing Industry and Builder Magazine.

For five years running, IBACOS, through the Building America Program, has worked with the builder to make this home not only a showcase of innovative new technologies, but also an exceptional example of energy efficiency. IBACOS is integrally involved in the design, construction, and testing of this annual show home.
