Building Performance Specialist
As a Building Performance Specialist, Michael supports activities related to risk management and risk assessment reporting. On an ongoing basis, he develops and programs internal and external calculation and data analysis tools to increase the understanding of the effects of weather and climate on homes. He is developing a system for assembling and delivering reports and photos to builders and insurance clients online. Michael earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He also serves as an independent transit consultant to several Pittsburgh area transit agencies and enjoys planning cross-country trips using only public transit.
