As the IBACOS Office Manager, Cecile (Cil) handles all aspects of facility management, including IT and accounts payable, as well as some project coordination. She joined the IBACOS operations team in October 2011, but has worked in business operations since 1985. When not at IBACOS, Cecile enjoys organic gardening
