The materials you use are just as important as how you use them. Building systems, materials, or products can be the cause of construction issues, customer complaints, and rising costs. Knowing where the problems come from and correcting recurring quality issues can be a difficult and time-consuming task.

We evaluate products you’re currently using, identify potential problem areas with that system, material, or product, and work with your design and construction teams to correct the issues. We also evaluate products you’re considering using and help you identify the benefits and potential problem areas.

After researching the product’s specifications and manufacturer recommendations for proper installation or construction and evaluating how you currently use or install that material, we create an evaluation report. This report identifies issues and recommendations regarding the product or material and may suggest long-term improvements. We customize the reports to each individual situation and include recommended construction details.
