Industry Alliances

Two key programs illustrate our collaboration with key industry partners. First, our Best Practices Research Alliance is set up for builders to provide their perspectives and get answers that can help them more effectively deliver high performance homes. Builders can work closely with us in our hands-on research programs, just participate in discussions, or simply watch and learn. Second, we've participated in the U.S. Department of Energy's Building America program since 1994. This is a public-private partnership designed to drive research and development for energy efficient homebuilding with the ultimate goal of all new homes being net zero energy by 2020.
