Production Builder’s Complete Green Program
The Production Builder's Complete Green Program is our primary set of green building products and services for a comprehensive program. Items of focus include:
- Green Blueprint: Work with the builder's executive officers and management team to strategically analyze their current best practices and map out an effective green approach for their business.
- Operations Assessment: Evaluate the builder's scopes of work, house plans, product development, field staff training, communication, and QA/QC policies and procedures as represented in the builder's office to implement the new green strategies.
- Specification Upgrades: Help the builder identify a green program specification goal, or create their own green standard, by looking at different materials or technologies and also by running several energy modeling simulations.
- Systems Integration: Once the green specification level is approved, IBACOS helps to integrate all new technologies and materials into construction drawings and scopes of work to ensure proper execution.
- Field Execution: IBACOS will educate and train the builder's construction, customer service and sales team, as well as suppliers and trades, on how these new technologies and materials interact with each other to create an energy efficient, green home.
- Performance Measures: IBACOS will observe and evaluate the first-built green homes to ensure proper execution of all new green standards and measure the overall energy performance of the homes.
