Green Plan Review
Undecided on how to go green? Our Green Plan Review helps you understand your options. This plan review is a thorough assessment of five sets of construction drawings and scopes of work, reviewed through the green building lens. We will look at your current specification packages and evaluate them to the selected green standard(s), and we will tell you where you fall within each. With the Green Plan Review, you receive:
- An assessment of your current specification package
- A specification level matrix that lets you know where you stack up to national green standards
- Redlines to the drawing sets and scopes of work that outline the areas where improvements are needed to meet a green standard
