Spearheaded by both Builder and Home Magazines, this national demonstration home built outside of Dallas challenges currently accepted models for the ways Americans will choose to live with and within their homes of tomorrow. Designed by B3 Architects and built by Centex Homes, the Home of the Future was heavily visited and admired by participants in both the 1998 and 1999 International Builders' Show, held in Dallas. Utilizing advanced products and technologies, this project serves as a showpiece for new, innovative design in housing. IBACOS served as a project consultant to optimize systems integration, performance design, and engineering.
