The second annual Tech Summit was held at the Energy Innovation Center, a LEED Platinum retrofit of Pittsburgh‘s former Connelly Trade School, and explored the mechanics of performance.
The agenda focused on 3 key topic areas: Homes That Give Back (energy, water, IAQ, comfort and overall performance), Housing for Density (land availability, mixed use design, community level performance) and the Connected Home.
IBACOS’ Andrew Poerschke delivered a presentation at the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center’s Annual Conference March 4, 2015.
