Jill Porter

As Operations Coordinator, Jill is the grease of the IBACOS wheels. In charge of handling office operations, Jill works closely with the Human Resources and Financial departments. She oversees and coordinates the activities of people and the flow of materials passing through the office. Jill’s experience with operations and Human Resources comes from the insurance brokerage industry where she worked with Willis and with Marsh. She earned a B.A. in Communications with a specialty in Marketing from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. When she isn’t reading or listening to music, she enjoys the antics of Bugs Bunny and company on her favorite show, Looney Tunes.
